David A. Crouch

In nonprofit circles, many refer to David as "Dr. Dogood." David specializes in nonprofit start-ups, social entrepreneurship, strategic planning, project management and board development. He is the inaugural president of Learning is for Tomorrow (LIFT), an adult literacy nonprofit in Baltimore. Additionally, he serves as president of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, chair of the Networking Committee of the Dean's Alumni Advisory Board at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and chair of the Strategy committee of the President's Diversity Leadership Council of the Johns Hopkins University. He also acts as board advisor to Cristata Cares and Allsonet Training Institute and works with numerous nonprofits. Past experiences include serving as final president of the Southeast Community Organization.

David is adjunct professor of nonprofit management at the University of Baltimore and the University of Maryland and teaches organizational development and leadership at the Humane Society University. David earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from the Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master of Science in Information Technology. David is a certified project management professional and works at Johns Hopkins University leading information technology projects and IT strategy and acts as an internal consultant.
